Copco Road is currently undergoing repairs due to dam removal traffic, with completion expected after the reclamation project. Access to the property is via Quase Drive, an unmarked dirt road suitable for 4x4 vehicles, located across from the old Juniper Point Campground. The road is rough and rutted, with overgrown brush in some areas. Approximately one-third of a mile in, a ranch-style gate marked "no trespassing" restricts public access, as it is a private easement road serving a couple of parcels with cabin structures. Buyers have the right to pass through the gate. Quase Drive becomes Steelhead Circle about halfway to the property; continue straight to reach the destination. The property's northwest corner is at the 90-degree sharp left turn in the road. The land features a variety of trees, an open area, and varied terrain. There are some parcels with greenhouses very nearby that may or may not be abandoned marijuana grows.
