Requests to waive the DLBA’s tax capture rights will be reviewed and may require a payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT). The total site area is approximately 44,261 square feet. Included parcels are located at 2148, 2158, 2166, 2172, 2184, 2194, and 2196 Field Street. Proposals must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
