There is approximately 53 acres of currently growing wheat that will be harvested by the tenant in 2026. The buyer will receive 1/3rd of the proceeds for the currently growing wheat crop after harvest in 2026 and will be responsible for paying 1/3rd of the inputs for the currently growing wheat crop. The tenant is interested in continuing to farm the property. There is current mineral production on the property, and all of the seller's mineral interest transfers to the buyer. There are multiple leases on the property for both oil and gas and varying mineral interests belonging to the seller within these leases. The online auction will begin on 12/10/2025 at Noon and will begin closing at Noon on 12/11/2025. Closing shall be on or before January 14, 2026.
