This diverse Kansas farmland tract totals 160 acres more or less and includes cropland, native and tame grass pasture, a walnut grove, and a former farmstead with multiple older vintage outbuildings. A dry lot has been used in the past for winter livestock. The property also features a north tillable field totaling 53.24 acres planted to wheat; possession of that portion is subject to the tenant’s right to harvest the currently growing crop.
