How Sorting & Ranking Work

Sorting lets you reorder listings. Ranking (Best Match) determines which listings appear first.

  • Newest
  • Price: low to high / high to low
  • Square footage
  • Cap rate
  • Recently updated

2. Best Match Ranking Factors

  • Relevance to filters
  • Data completeness
  • Freshness of listing
  • AI property quality score
  • Similarity to your previous searches (if logged in)

3. When Sorting Matters

  • Investors prioritizing cap rates
  • Brokers comparing prices
  • Users exploring new markets
  • Developers searching by lot size
