    This commercial land is located approximately 0.75 miles north of the full diamond interchange at 411th Avenue and Interstate 10. 411th Avenue is paved to Camelback Road. A Pilot truck stop is situated at the southwest corner of 411th Avenue and Interstate 10. The property is also located about 6 miles east of the proposed Interstate 11. Interstate 11 is a planned intermountain west corridor intended to connect Arizona to Nevada, with a broader vision to become a CANAMEX corridor linking Canada to Mexico, although planning is in preliminary stages. The Interstate 11 record of decision and final preliminary section were published in November 2021. The project is located west of numerous large master-planned communities, including Douglas Ranch, recently acquired by Howard Hughes Corporation, as well as Belmont and Tartesso.
