The property is mostly wooded and contains no buildings. It is well-suited for berry agriculture, native horticulture, forestry, wildlife management, and low-intensity recreation. The northwest portion of the property features Pigmy Pines, while the remainder consists of Red Maple Swamp and Pitch Pine Lowland. Three tributaries to the Plains Branch originate on the northern border, forming part of the Headwaters of the Oswego River. Five vernal ponds are located on the interior of the property. The property borders the Bass River State Forest. Hallmans and Bowkers Roads, depicted on the map, are dirt paths running through the property. Stevenson Road is a dirt road.
