The brief legal description is The Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 24 South, Range 21 East of the 6th P.M., Bourbon County, Kansas. The seller's mineral interests transfer to the buyer. Closing shall be on or before July 7th, 2026. The seller is willing to grant early possession to begin agricultural operations prior to closing with a signed agreement between all parties.
