Lighting is provided by LED fixtures with motion sensors, averaging 30 foot-candles measured at 30 inches above the finished floor. HVAC systems maintain 50 degrees Fahrenheit at -0 degrees Fahrenheit, with 0.25 air changes per hour. The facility is Green Globe Certified. Located in Stafford County, it is 45 minutes south of Washington, D.C., with convenient access to rail and ports. The location is 0.5 miles from I-95, providing corporate visibility and access to a labor pool of 5.9 million people within a 60-minute drive.
