This 5-acre parcel is located off the road, providing ease of access to local transportation routes. All utilities are nearby. The High Desert area is experiencing a demand for additional housing, supported by major development projects, including Brightline West’s High-Speed Rail and the Barstow International Gateway (BIG). The High-Speed Rail, with stops in Apple Valley and Hesperia, will travel a 218-mile route and reach top speeds of 186 mph. This project is expected to bring an estimated 10,000 jobs to the area throughout its development and is currently under construction in Las Vegas, with full service expected by December 2028.
