The office walls are finished with drywall and painted a natural color to match the LVL tile floor, with a subtended ceiling and LED lighting. The office and restrooms have separate HVAC systems from the warehouse. The warehouse area is heated with infrared natural gas heaters and includes large industrial fans for air movement. CAM and Triple NET costs apply for landscaping, mowing, snow removal, exterior lighting, fire hydrant/sprinkler system maintenance, fire extinguisher testing, property taxes, and building insurance.
