The property features approximately 65 acres of Kerman Pistachios with Peters Pollinators, planted in 2006 (19th Leaf) on UCB-1 Rootstock with 19’x16’ spacing. Water is supplied by two wells, each powered by 150 HP Cummins engines that run on natural gas. One of the engines is currently being rebuilt. The property is located within the Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District and the Evans Ditch Company Service Area, with physical access to the adjacent Evans Ditch Canal, though the property is not being sold with shares or ditch stock and does not currently have access to surface water. The property is located within the Greater Kaweah Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
