The property offers excellent access, visibility, and parking. Work will begin on the widening of the Portland Avenue Bridge and expansion of one on and one off ramp, along with the new construction of another on and off ramp. The 494 bridge/494 road construction will be complete in 2026, which is expected to be a significant improvement for Village Square shopping center.
