The property is located in New Castle County and is not subject to the city of Wilmington wage tax. A recently constructed 59,542 square foot warehouse building was pre-leased to a single tenant and was completed in early 2023. Two more warehouse buildings will be completed in the fall of 2023, each containing approximately 18,000 square feet. These buildings will accommodate a minimum of 3,000 square foot bays with a 10'x14' overhead at grade access door and will have a 20' clear height.
