Over 34,000 medical professionals work in the corridor, and employment is expected to grow 11% over the next five years. The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is the state's largest public employer, with 10,900 jobs. The Arkansas Children's Hospital is currently undergoing a $235M expansion which is expected to add 350+ jobs by completion in 2026. Thousands of jobs in Downtown and Riverdale are a short commute from the portfolio. Riverdale is home to major employers such as the Arkansas Department of Commerce and Apptegy.
