There is roughly 150 feet of elevation change from this corner to the hilltop in the middle of the property. The southern hilltop is almost the same elevation. Approximately half of the property is native grass suitable for grazing livestock. Fences are in fair condition, but new fences will need to be built along the new property line on part of the east side. Three ponds provide water, and additional dams could be added to capture more water for livestock and waterfowl. Approximate property lines are marked by flagging.
