Proportionate power (2MW /150,000 square feet vacant) is included with spaces. Higher than proportionate power is possible, but may incur additional infrastructure power rent. A new roof covers the majority of the building. Recent improvements include new lighting over various areas of the warehouse, new ceiling and interior wall fixes over 25,000 square feet, new siding paint, and new lighting installed, totaling approximately $700,000 in improvements. For tenants who take greater than 18,000 square feet and sign at least a 2-year lease, industrial fences to demise industrial spaces, a choice of desirable industrial space, additional security features, or desired tenant improvements to further improve the space to tenant needs will be offered.
