One block north of 63rd Avenue contains 17 acres of prunes, while another block south of 63rd Avenue and north of 61st Avenue has 19 acres of prunes; both prune blocks were planted in 1998 and are considered to be in fair condition for their age. The property has two wells: an irrigation well within the Chandler block equipped with a 50 Hp electric turbine motor and pump, and a domestic well for the farmstead equipped with a 3Hp submersible pump. Additionally, the property includes 43.47 water shares within the Los Molinos Mutual Water Company. Structural improvements include a 3/2 single-family residence with an attached 856 sq. ft. open garage, a 2,600 sq. ft. shop, a 1,152 sq. ft. Quonset building, and two equipment sheds exceeding 8,000 sq. ft. The current zoning is AG-2 Ag Preserve, with a 40-acre minimum, which may help to lower property taxes.
