Guest amenities include two ADA-compliant restrooms, outdoor patio seating, a dedicated pickup zone, high-visibility ordering kiosks, and wireless charging stations. The lower level is purpose-built as a high-performance cloud kitchen environment, supporting delivery-first, production-focused, and multi-brand operators. There are two 9’5” x 19’7” kitchens, two 9’2” x 19’7” kitchens, and two 14’2” x 16’2” kitchens. Every kitchen has an eight-foot hood with dedicated fire suppression and code-compliant ventilation. Shared infrastructure includes an 8’x11’ walk-in freezer with shelving racks, an 11’x14’ walk-in cooler with shelving racks, two separate dry-storage rooms with shelving racks, dedicated prep and staging zones, two ADA-compliant restrooms, an employee break area, and a delivery lift / freight dumbwaiter. The property has 23 striped parking spaces, including ADA-compliant spaces, and dedicated areas for customer pickup, third-party delivery drivers, and vendor and supply deliveries.
