The historic Severs Building, originally constructed as the Severs Hotel in 1912, stands as a landmark building in downtown Muskogee, Oklahoma. Bank of Oklahoma has invested over a million dollars in upgrades, including new windows in 2011, an energy-efficient building automation system completed in 2013, and replacement of original PVC lines with copper lines for HVAC systems, as well as recent landscape upgrades.
