Additional features include garage door bollards, a concrete slab floor with pressure crack relief cuts and a full 4-foot owners apron, fully insulated construction with walls R-19 and ceiling R-49, 200-amp electrical service with full build-out electric package and ceiling fans. The buildings are fully constructed for heat with a 75,000 BTU natural gas hanging unit, exhaust, and thermostat installed. A full broadcast epoxy floor is included. Owner-managed utility meters for gas and electric are in place.
