Animals and shops are welcome, but businesses or mobile homes are not permitted. Temporary structures or outbuildings cannot be used as residences during home construction. Minimum square footage for homes is 1800 sf, with a requirement of 70% brick, stone, or masonry. Well and septic systems are required. Pioneer provides fiber optics for phone and internet, and OG&E supplies electric. Gas service will be propane. The neighborhood consists mostly of 3.6 and 5+ acre parcels, with several custom homes completed and occupied and others under construction. The property is located within the Crescent school district but outside city limits.
