County Line Crossing is strategically located on County Line Road, approximately 1.5 miles south of the I-4 interchange, situated on the border between Hillsborough and Polk Counties. This location within the I-4 Corridor is known for its logistical advantages, and is near major distribution centers. The site encompasses 42.62 acres. The building provides a total area of 535,507 square feet, measured to the drip line, excluding attached canopies, with building dimensions of 550 feet deep by 972 feet long. The building features a minimum clear height of 36 feet at the bottom of the bar joist at the first bay-in from the truck dock. Column spacing is typically 54 feet wide by 53 feet 9 inches deep, with 60-foot deep spacing in staging bays. The property includes approximately 2,466 square feet of spec office space, complete with a breakroom, two office restrooms, and two warehouse restrooms. The fire protection system is an ESFR system, equipped with K-22.4 sprinkler heads at 40 psi, and a monitored fire alarm system for tamper and flow.
