The floor is flat with a 6” slab thickness and 4,000 PSI. Site parking is 100% concrete. Four Level 2 EV charging stations are installed, with expandability. A 21.6 KW Solar PV System with 9.1 KW Battery Storage System is included. The property is located within the Port of Los Angeles Foreign Trade Zone 202 (FTZ-202) and Port of Long Beach FTZ-50.
