The Ketchum Creek Gold Mine, situated in the Yukon-Koyukuk Borough, lies within 150 miles of Fairbanks, near Circle Hot Springs, Alaska. The property features a contiguous set of 39 gold claims totaling approximately 1724 acres, including approximately 5,118 lineal feet along Ketchum Creek and 6,603 lineal feet along Mary Louise Creek available for mining. Additionally, there are approximately 1,120 acres of claims on Ptarmigan Creek, located about 20 miles from the current operation. This offering includes all equipment, tools, hardware, supplies, permits, and licenses necessary for a mining operation. The mine has historically produced approximately 670 to 900 ounces of gold per season, achieved with a wash plant operating around 35 hours per week and mining from approximately 500 to 600 lineal feet of creek bed. Increased personnel could potentially increase seasonal gold yields. The typical operating season runs from June through September 15. Reclamation is current on all claims.
