The Tractor Supply Center is situated just west of the intersection of Highway 85 and Highway 90, serving Crestview and the surrounding communities of Baker, Milligan, Holt, and Laurel Hill. The intersection of Highway 85 and Highway 90 experiences approximately 45,000 vehicles per day. The center is currently occupied by Tractor Supply, Pic N Save, Dollar General, Kim's Beauty Supply, Soap Opera Laundry, The Hub, T-Mobile, and Nail Experts. The addition will include three buildings. Building A offers a maximum contiguous space of 11,200 square feet, configurable for either retail or restaurant use. Building A can be divided into multiple units, with a minimum divisible space of about 2,685 square feet. Building B is an existing 2,860 square foot building that will be completely renovated and divided into two spaces of approximately 1,430 square feet each. Building B fronts directly on Highway 90 and backs up to The Hub, T-Mobile, and Soap Opera. Unit B-2 will be the unit closest to Highway 90. Building C is a curb-in pad site designed for a coffee or QSR concept with a drive-through lane in place.
