The City of Marysville acquired 203 acres along Industrial Parkway in late 2016 to develop 33 Innovation Park, a technology park intended to serve as a hub for advanced manufacturing and research development. A $6 million grant from the US DOT will fund technology to improve travel along Rte. 33 from Marysville to Dublin, allowing motorists to assess driving conditions, plan detours, and enable automatic braking.
