Originally the AT&T Long Lines Building, the Art Deco tower includes a landmarked façade and lobby featuring mosaic murals by Hildreth Meière. A significant renovation, completed in 2002 by Fox & Fowle Architects, followed Rudin's acquisition of the building in 1999. Floor plates range from 25,000 to 52,000 square feet.
