This 2557 square foot office space includes four private offices, an intake office, a conference room, and an open floor space. The ceilings feature 2' x 2' lay-in, reveal edge, sound absorbent, suspended acoustical ceiling tiles on a metal grid, at a height of 9 feet above the finished floor. Lighting is provided by 2' x 4' indirect recessed fluxgrid LED light fixtures, arranged with one unit per 100 square feet of rentable floor area.
