    The Film Center Building, located at 630 Ninth Avenue in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, is a 13-story office building completed in 1929 by architect Ely Khan. The building's landmarked Art Deco-styled lobby features Pre-Columbian influences and bold colors. The property offers 952 square feet of office space. Restrooms were renovated in 2016, and corridors were renovated in 2017, when a class-E fire system was added. In 2017, windows were added to the entire eastern side of the building between the 7th and 14th floors, and 25,000 square feet of obsolete film storage vaults were converted into new office space. The building is located moments from the Theater District, with numerous dining options along Ninth Avenue. Access to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the NY Waterway Ferry, and the Lincoln Tunnel, as well as multiple subway lines, provides convenient commuting options.
