Additional features include radiant heat, LED lighting, and a variable-speed compressor serviced twice a year. Built in 1929 and renovated in 2020, this building also has heavy power (800Amps, 480Volt, 3-Phase). Additionally, there is a 4,000 square foot Quonset hut/shed with two overhead doors (10’x8’5” & 10’x9’) that can be used for cold storage or removed for additional parking.
