Two-Building Industrial Facility with Cranes
This industrial facility comprises two buildings totaling approximately 53,438 square feet on 1.88 acres. The property is zoned L-I, Light Industrial, and is located at the corner of Elm St and Church St, with easy access to Vine St (US Route 20) and SR 2. The first building, located at 37877 Elm St, offers 15,674 square feet, including 11,750 square feet of warehouse space and 3,924 square feet of office space. It features one drive-in door (12’ x 10’), a 10’ ceiling height under the joists, one 1/2-ton crane in the warehouse, and heavy power (800Amps, 480Volts, 3-Phase). The building offers a 22’ clear height under the hook of the 25-ton and 15-ton cranes, with up to 34’5” ceiling height in the bay area. A monorail runs the length of the building. Additional features include radiant heat, LED lighting, and a variable-speed compressor serviced twice a year. Built in 1929 and renovated in 2020, this building also has heavy power (800Amps, 480Volt, 3-Phase). Additionally, there is a 4,000 square foot Quonset hut/shed with two overhead doors (10’x8’5” & 10’x9’) that can be used for cold storage or removed for additional parking.
