The property is located in Effingham’s industrial park, offering quick access to Interstates I-70 and I-57. It is adjacent to the Effingham Railroad, a shortline operator of 8 track miles, with connections to Canadian National and CSXT. A rail spur could be added to connect to the Effingham Railroad.
