This is tract 3 of four tracts being offered in an online land auction, consisting of 70.8 +/- acres of productive cropland with quality soils in Butler County, KS. A total of 461.9 ± acres will be offered, divided into four individual tracts. The auction will be held on Friday, October 24th, 2025. Bidding on Tract 1 is scheduled to end at 12:30 PM. Bidding is currently open on Tract 1 and bidding on Tracts 2, 3, and 4 will not open until the prior tract has closed. A ten minute recess will occur between the close of one tract and the start of bidding on the next. Bidding will be conducted exclusively online in numerical order, beginning with Tract 1 and continuing through Tract 4. Each tract will be offered separately; tracts will not be combined or reopened once bidding on a tract has concluded. Bidding will be conducted on a per-acre basis, and a ten percent buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price. The seller’s mineral interest will transfer with the sale, and possession of the cropland is subject to the current tenant’s verbal lease rights. The auction is subject to Seller confirmation, with the Seller reserving the right to accept or reject any and all bids. At the conclusion of the auction, all high bids will be presented to the family for final confirmation. All tracts shall close on or before Tuesday, November 25th, 2025. The properties are being sold in its current “Where Is, As Is” condition, without any warranties.
