This North Texas ranch encompasses 2,038 acres and is situated 5 miles south of Electra, TX, sharing a 3-mile border with the historic 535,000-acre Waggoner Ranch. Surrounded by large acreage operations, the property is suitable for hunting trophy whitetails and other wild game. Known as the Cundiff Ranch, it has been under the same family ownership for a century and is now available on the market for the first time. The varied terrain is conducive to both rifle and bow hunting. Bucks in this area are routinely harvested in the 180 class B&C range. Wildlife includes whitetails, feral hogs, and Rio Grande turkeys.
