Located 35 miles north of Globe, within the Tonto National Forest at Salt River Canyon, this 61.93-acre property consists of three patented lode claims. The land, formerly the Canadian Mine, is accessible via Forest Service Road 473 and Forest Service Trail 382, offering a secluded environment for off-grid living and outdoor activities. The property is completely surrounded by Tonto National Forest. The altitude ranges from approximately 4600 ft to 5400 ft. The property lines extend over a half mile, with elevation changes of 800 feet dropping sharply into Salt River Canyon. An intermittent stream runs through the property, cascading into the canyon over a 50 ft waterfall. Vegetation includes Pinyon Pine-Juniper Woodlands, with large diameter Pinyon Pines, stringy and alligator Juniper, Manzanita shrubs, and Sycamore trees along the creek bed.
