The property is positioned just east of a new planned Turnpike interchange and is surrounded by roads on four sides. Midway Road is a rapidly growing corridor connecting I-95 and US 1, with an average daily traffic count of 24,000. An Amazon distribution facility spanning 1 million square feet is located 1.3 miles west of the site at Midway and I-95. The nation's largest Wavegarden Surf Park is planned for the northwest quadrant of Midway and I-95, encompassing 200 acres with 800 homes, 600 hotel rooms, and 400,000 square feet of retail space.
