Wineglass Ranch is a working cattle ranch located in Northern Central Arizona. The ranch includes 100 acres of private land, a home, a guest cabin, and a USFS grazing lease spanning over 78,000 acres. Situated between Flagstaff, Prescott, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV, within the Prescott and Kaibab National Forest, this ranch offers the opportunity to adopt a ranching lifestyle. It includes a herd of 150 cattle currently on the ranch. The Wineglass Ranch headquarters and winter pastures are located north of Prescott in Paulden, while the summer pastures are west of Flagstaff, characterized by ponderosa pines, high desert grasslands, and mountain views. The ranch provides a combination of grazing, with summer pastures north of Parks, Arizona, featuring mountain meadow grasses, and mild winter grazing in the Paulden/Chino Valley area. The ranch supports grazing for 237 mother cows year-round. Access to the four summer and winter grazing allotments, totaling over 78,000 acres in the National Forest, is via I-40 and Highway 89. Natural water sources include springs and dirt tanks, supplemented by two water wells and storage tanks for a continuous year-round water supply. The well on the 10 private acres services working corrals and provides water to pastures in the Prescott National Forest. Infrastructure improvements include a new well in March 2025 on the USFS, a solar-powered well at Hell's Well, producing 10 gpm with a storage tank, and a new waterline system with 4 1/2 miles of pipeline. The ranch headquarters features a new modular home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a hayshed, and a nearly completed guest cabin. The ranch includes 10 deeded acres with a house, guest cabin, and well, plus 90 deeded acres. Grazing allotments include 54,731 acres in the Prescott National Forest Limestone Grazing Allotment #00112, 13,707 acres in the Kaibab National Forest Spitz Hill Grazing Allotment #07910, 5,639 acres in the Kaibab National Forest Elk Springs Grazing Allotment #0790, and 3,923 acres in the Kaibab National Forest Dog Knob Grazing Allotment #0790.
