This one-acre riverview, beachfront homesite is located on an 80-acre private island between Seabrook and Edisto Islands. The island is a private paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, sportsmen, and boaters, surrounded by the Atlantic, North Edisto River, Ocella Creek, and South Creek. The island provides expansive and private views. Ownership includes access to 3 docks, a covered pierhead, and maintained gravel roads with golf carts for transportation. There is an oceanfront beach cabana with a screened porch, two air-conditioned bathrooms and showers, a sun deck, and a boat shed with sailboats, paddleboards, and kayaks. A launch area behind the boat shed provides access to South Creek for kayaking or paddleboarding. There is a large pond for fishing, as well as fishing spots on the creeks and surf fishing on the private beach. Owners are allowed 4 weeks a year in the Lodge, which has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 16. The lodge features floor-to-ceiling heart pine, screened porches, extensive decks, an outdoor stone fireplace, and a stone patio.
