This unique 125-acre timber tract is located 3.5 miles southwest of Rippey, 10 miles northwest of Perry, and 35 miles northwest of Grimes, Iowa, near the intersection of 320th Street and Terrace Avenue. The land, situated on the northeast side of the North Raccoon River, extends roughly 3/4 mile north to south and 3/8 to 1/2 mile wide.
