Permitted RV types include Class A motor coaches, luxury Class B RVs, and elevated fifth wheels, all of which must be newer and in good condition. Resort amenities include a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. Full-service property management is available. Amenities are exclusive to owners, their guests, and renters. All site owners are automatically members of Arch Ray Resort, receiving 15% off food, beverages, and merchandise, complimentary live entertainment tickets, access to the Members Only Barrel Room, and concierge services delivered directly to owner sites. Association dues are $260 per month for all site owners, covering maintenance of roadways, gated entrance, amenities, common areas, riverfront park, and operational expenses. Reduced dues of $199 per month apply to sites 245-324 until amenities in Arch Ray on the River (sites 1-244) are complete. The maximum stay limit for "The Resort" RV Sites (245-324) is 6 consecutive months.
